About the company
One company — from the foundation pit to the handover
Akhuryani Coopshin is a construction company based in Gyumri. We build public, administrative and residential facilities, carry out road works and landscaping, and manufacture our own materials and structures.
Most of our projects are public: courthouses and the Academy of Justice, schools and colleges, medical and technology centres, churches. Our clients are the programme implementation units of Armenian ministries, foundations, municipalities and international companies, including ALSTOM Grid GmbH.
We work under a class 1 licence — the highest category — issued by the Urban Development Committee of Armenia. The materials and structures we manufacture hold valid certificates of conformity.
What we do
Six fields of work
The company covers the full cycle: design, in-house production of materials and structures, construction and landscaping. That keeps the schedule under control and makes us responsible for the whole result, not just a part of it.

Design
Design documentation and shop drawings, plus design supervision throughout construction.

Road construction
Road building and repair, street asphalting, improvement of urban spaces, maintenance.

PVC and aluminium windows and doors
Our own production of PVC and aluminium units, made to the dimensions of the project and delivered on schedule.

Sand and gravel
Production of sand and gravel at our own AKH quarry — for our own construction sites and for sale.

Custom orders
Non-standard tasks and smaller volumes — accepted, delivered quickly and to the same standard.
